Design
Conceptual design is usually done at a flat rate, typically $2500 for a mid size project like a building addition or apartment renewal.
Permit ready drawings vary in price depending on project parameters.
Site Construction
Site construction is performed on a cost plus basis. Smaller projects may be done with a flat price quote in advance. Learn more about budgets for site projects:

Our custom masterpieces, are pre-quoted with a firm price in advance. Design, may be charged extra depending on complexity of detailing.
